My cooking activity last week

Almost one month i didn't updating this blog, yachhh..., kesibukan akhir-akhir ini selalu membuat aku kekurangan waktu untuk sedikit bersantai dan meluangkan waktu barang sejenak untuk menulis di blog jg menyapa dan berkunjung ke sesama teman didunia maya...

Kadang-kadang aku merasa lelah dan capek..., sehingga waktu yang tersisa sebisa mungkin aku gunakan untuk beristirahat...,tidak seperti dulu..saat dimana aku punya energi yang banyak untuk melakukan aktivitas yang lain yang aku senangi...:)

Saat di penghujung bulan ini.., aku kepengen mengisi blog ini dengan cerita dapurku dlm minggu2 lalu...

GADO-GADO

Ada beberapa masakan yang aku buat tapi tidak terlalu istimewa sih.., hanya makanan kenangan masakan indonesia..yang ga pernah ngebosenin...minggu kemarin aku kangen gado2..., karena semua bahan kebetulan ada..jadi membuat makanan yang satu ini ga memakan waktu lama..., seperti biasa resep nya sdh umum digunakan sehari2...mungkin yg berbeda adalah dr rasa sesuai dgn selera masing...:)

GADO-GADO

Saat gado-gado sudah tandas.., aku pun teringat lagi dengan makanan khas yang lain..lalu berbekal bahan2 yang jg selalu ready.., berkutat lagi aku didapur untuk membuat klepon...

KLEPON

mencampur bahan.., membuat bulatan.., mengisi lalu..direbus dlm air mendidih..., setelah matang diangkat dan dibalurkan keatas kelapa parut...hmmm....saat mencoba satu gigitan..."TUUSSSS...", suara klepon meletus..., hehehehe...ingatanku melayang ke masa kecil...

The memory of childhood that was beautiful with parents, older brothers and sisters..., suasana yang menyenangkan saat berkumpul menikmati penganan ini di sore hari...aacchh....i miss my big family at there.....:)

KLEPON

Ada satu lagi penganan alias camilan yang aku suka akhir2 ini...ga hanya diriku tp anak dan suami pun ikut menyukainya.., barbeque rice crackers, salty and deliciously taste..., yang pasti ga harus bikin karena tinggal beli aja...hehehe...

So itu ceritaku tentang minggu2 terakhir dibulan ini.., emang ga ada yang istimewa kan..???, tapi semoga bulan mendatang.., aku bisa lebih rileks dan mempunyai banyak waktu untuk ber-blogging lagi..., semoga...:)

Click Cookies and judges

In May almost ended.., many matters that have been passed by .

Many plans that could not in realization.., because of matters that were not expected.., the condition for the unfit body also supported the situation became uglier.. arrghhh....

I need to relax and try to make a few smart choices here and there.....:)

By the way...,
Almost I forgot that this month I became one of the judges in event CLICK that hosted by Bee and Jai at Jugalbandi, with the theme cookies.

This interesting theme should not in passed .

Young Coconut Ice

Qatar at this time has entered the summer season..., the weather began was felt to be sultry.., Now the time to make fresh and cold food .. like yesterday i made ice cocopandan with sweet condensed milk.., only by mixing ice cubes, syrup cocopandan, the young coconut, then was splashed with sweet condensed milk... fresh and sweet..so delicious...!!

Because in here wasn't the spring season but apparently the bougenville flowers represented the atmosphere of it.., the leaves began to be falling dam and to dry up until later the summer season came.

My Breakfast

Breakfast in the morning really was recomended. With healthy breakfast facilitated us to begin the activity in the morning...

The last few days i was really liked breakfast with a cup of peppermint green tea and one apple.., for extra i usually was added a slice cake or bread...

This time I made the soft bread pudding ... hmm..., with being placed on the wood tray made the atmosphere of the morning be felt pleasanter...:)

Red Heart Candy for Click

By chance I had several candy photographs that in accordance with this theme.

My hope with those photographs.., all of us the nation all over the world could live side by side peacefully, loved and honored each other , don't have the war and hatred.

It was mini Zwieback.., biscuit for my child....

summer fresh

The summer season in Qatar still was going.., hot weather and sometimes had the dust-storm, the temperature in general 40-45 degrees celcius, humidity 80-100 %, if not having the urgent need better we stay at home.... :), kasiannn yaa..:(


Last week my husband went to whole market and bought several box sweet mango, because of that, I made ice-cream with the mixture mango and the orange, so with combining about the sweet and sour made it fresh taste.

My home made ice-cream better than us bought in the shops especially because of ingredients that we were used more natural and fresh…

I think you all agreed with me..:)

After making the ice-cream I take some photos of the citrus. with slices orange in glass that contained water.., very pleasant also played with water.., so here the results.

Honey for recuperation, the words that was exact to an illustration how honey to have much benefits for our health.
May this honey also bring recovery for our friend Briana, that was fighting to oppose breasts cancer...
I was sympathetic with Bri, coz’ in my family previously cancer had attacked my older brother and my father, so stay strong Bri…, it is hoped you get well soon.... I was prayed for you from here....
